AMEDTEC 12-Lead Resting ECG

AMEDTEC 12-Lead Resting ECG

The 12-lead resting ECG from AMEDTEC is built as a modular software system. Available are modules for an automatic ECG measurement, it’s automatic interpretation, as well as for rhythm ECG recordings with or without arrhythmia detection.
ECG Acquisition Devices You have the choice between USB connection and the wireless Bluetooth transmission. Bluetooth allows for maximum mobility, useful for instance in longer rhythm recordings.Comfortable User Guidance by One-KeyOperation No longer think about the next needed operation. AMEDTEC ECGpro leads you through the stress test. The orange button with the green arrow always executes the next workflow step ECG Quality Indicator The bar chart shows the quality of each electrodes application in green-to-red color gradients. Simultaneously you can observe the ECG. In case of a faulty ECG, you can immediately identify the deficient electrodes with the help of the graphic. In addition, you can also use the traditional impedance measurement Examination Programs AMEDTEC ECGpro comes with programs suitable for nearly all ECG examinations.

If, however, none of the preset programs should fit your needs, you can easily create your own. Each program can be started by a single click on the corresponding button, which AMEDTEC ECGpro creates automatically, and which you can label freely by yourself. Fully Automated and Manual Procedures In the automatic mode, the ECG acquisition automatically is stopped after 10 seconds, and the ECG is displayed together with the averaged beat, all measurement values and the interpretation proposal on one single screen. For rhythm examinations, you can preset longer automatic recording times up to 10 minutes, and in the manual mode recordings up to 10 hours are possible.

If required, saving and printing can be preformed in one single step. Freeze and Scroll Back Also in rhythm recordings, all 12 channels of the ECG are saved full-disclosure. Already during the examination, you can freeze the display, scroll back and review the complete ECG recorded up to this time, and print or mark ECG sections. Duringthe main screen is paused, the life ECG is still displayed on the bottom of the screen
Averaged Beat AMEDTEC ECGpro displays the averaged beat of up to all 12 leads and marks the wave points. To correct those points, just move them to the right position by using the mouse. The new measurement values are taken over into the report by a single click. Since the original wave points remain saved as well, the changes can be returned to the original state anytime. The superposition mode, the vector loop, and amplitude and time measurement tools complete the variety of presentational and diagnostic means.Automatic ECG Interpretation AMEDTEC ECGpro uses the HannoverECG Program HES®. This analysis program took part in all CSE tests (Common Standard of Electrocardiography) and has been validated by independent test centers. The Hannover ECG Program HES® automatically measures the ECG and creates a diagnosis proposal.Comparing Recordings The current recording of patient ECG can be compared to all other ECGs taken. You may open morecomparison ECGs for the same patient at a time.

Measurement Table AMEDTEC ECGpro provides you with all measurement values at a glance. The measurement table shows the values for P, QRS and T for all 12 leads. Report The final report is written as free text, or by just inserting predefined, configurable text blocks. You can keep the diagnosis proposal provided by the Hannover ECG Program HES®, or you can change it. A confirmation note ensures that the report may only be altered by yourself. AMEDTEC ECGpro Online (Optional)The recorded ECG is transmitted online via the network directly to your PC. So you can monitor the examination from your desk and communicate with your staff in the examination room via the integrated messaging system.
